At Greensboro Gargoyles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your team gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our team is dedicated to getting you back in the game quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the gargoyle gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth transit back to our stadium warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
